Two ways to work with us
Architects and plan sellers work with Buildframe in two ways. You can order renderings of your own plans. Or you can refer your clients to us and earn a 10% referral. Many do both.
Renderings of your own plans
A plan sells when a buyer can picture it. Line drawings do not do that for most people. We turn your plans into photoreal images that stay true to your design.
- Exterior stills for each plan's lead image.
- Interior stills of the rooms that sell the plan.
- Finish and elevation options when a plan has alternate fronts.
- Plan range catalogs that bring a whole library into one consistent look.
- Photoreal films for your best sellers.
Your design, respected
Architects notice when a rendering drifts. A roof pitch softened. A window moved to make a better picture. We do not do that. We model from your drawings and check the model against them before we render. We confirm rooflines, window patterns, ceiling heights and room sizes. If the set conflicts with itself, we flag it and ask you. We never "fix" your design without asking.
You keep your design. We make it visible.
The 10% referral
Your clients often ask who can render their home. Send them to us. When a client you refer places an order, we pay you a 10% referral. We confirm the full terms with you in writing before your first referral, so there are no surprises.
How it works:
1. Tell us you want to join the referral program. 2. We confirm the terms in writing and give you a simple way to tag your referrals. 3. Your client sends their plans for a free review. 4. We quote the client directly and handle the work. 5. You receive your referral on orders from clients you referred, as set out in the written terms.
Your client gets images checked against your drawings. You get a referral and a happier client.
Who you might refer
- Homeowners building custom homes who want to see the house before they build.
- Clients planning an ADU who need images for family or lenders.
- Owners of barndominium plans who want to see the build on their land.
- Builders buying your plans who need marketing images. See our page for production builders.
Label renderings clearly
When your plans are marketed for a specific home, renderings should be labeled as an artist's rendering. If a rendering is used in the MLS, follow your MLS rules.
What to send
For your own plans, send the full plan set and any material notes. For a referral, your client sends their plans directly. Our what to send checklist covers both.
How quoting works
We review the plans first. Then we send a fixed quote and a delivery date. See what drives house rendering cost.
