Buildframe renders your full range from your drawings with one camera style, one lighting style and one set of rules. The result is a catalog that looks like one brand.
What a catalog includes
You choose the mix. A typical catalog includes, for each plan:
- A hero exterior still of the main elevation.
- Extra elevation options where you offer them.
- Key interior stills, often the kitchen and great room.
- A clean floor plan graphic with room names and key sizes from your drawings.
- Optional films for your lead plans.
We deliver files named and organized the way your team works. That makes it simple to load them into your website, your CRM or a printed book.
Consistency is the product
Buyers compare plans. If one plan is shot at dusk with a wide lens and the next at noon with a tight lens, the comparison is unfair. One looks bigger. One looks warmer. We set camera heights, lens choices, lighting and landscape rules once. Then we apply them to every plan. Buyers compare the homes, not the rendering styles.
Checked against the drawings
A catalog is only useful if it is accurate. Each plan is modeled from its own plan set and checked against the drawings before we render. We confirm footprints, rooflines, window patterns, ceiling heights and room sizes. Any conflict in a plan set gets flagged and resolved with you. We keep a record of which drawing revision each rendering was built from.
Keeping the catalog current
Plans change. A window moves. A bedroom becomes a study. When you revise a plan, send the new drawings. We update the model and the images that changed. The revision record tells you which images match which drawings.

Rendering, not reality
Catalog images show designs. When a catalog image appears in a listing for a specific home, label it as an artist's rendering and follow your MLS rules. Make clear which features are standard and which are options.

Price and timing
Catalogs vary more than any other job. Ten plans with one elevation each is very different from forty plans with four elevations each. We review the range, then send a fixed quote and a delivery date for each phase. Read our cost guide.
