Checked against the drawings
Factory built homes have tight tolerances. Module widths, marriage lines and ceiling heights are set by the drawings and by transport limits. We model to your drawings and check the model before we render. We confirm module layout, room sizes, window and door positions and roof pitches. If something in the plan set conflicts, we flag it and ask.
That matters because your buyer is choosing from images. If the image shows a wider room than the module allows, you have a problem at delivery. We keep the images honest.
Packages without confusion
Prefab and modular lines often come with standard and upgrade packages. We render each package from the same camera spot so buyers can compare. We label files with your package names. Your sales team can answer "what does the upgrade look like?" with an image instead of a promise.
When a home is sold before it is set
Some buyers list or refinance before the home is delivered. If a rendering is used in an MLS listing, label it as an artist's rendering and follow your MLS rules. We deliver files that make the label easy to add.
