A film does something a floor plan cannot. It shows how the kitchen opens to the living room. It shows the view from the primary suite. It lets a buyer feel the ceiling height instead of reading a number on a sheet.

Checked against the drawings
A pretty film that does not match the plans is a problem. It can set the wrong expectation with a buyer. So we check the model against your drawings before we render.
We confirm room sizes, window and door counts, roof pitches and ceiling heights. We check that cabinets, stairs and openings sit where the plan puts them. If we find a conflict in the plan set, we flag it and ask. We do not quietly fix it.

Label renderings clearly
A film shows a home that is not built yet. Say so. If you use stills or clips from a film in the MLS or any listing, label them as an artist's rendering. Follow your MLS rules. We deliver files that make the label easy to add.
