Rows and streetscapes done right
Townhomes are about rhythm. Facades step. Rooflines change. End units wrap the corner. A rendering that gets the rhythm wrong looks off, even if each unit is close. We model each building from its drawings and place it from your site plan. The street reads the way it was designed.
Checked against the drawings
Developers work from many drawing sets at once. Architectural, site and landscape drawings do not always agree. We check our model against each of them before we render. We confirm unit widths, building heights, setbacks, drive locations and roof forms. When the sets disagree, we flag it and ask. We note which revision each image came from, so you always know what an image represents.
Landscape, amenities and surroundings are shown from your drawings when you have them. Anything we have to interpret, we tell you.

Communities are built in phases. We can render phase one first and reuse the models as later phases open. When a plan changes between phases, send the revised drawings. We update the model and the images that changed.
