Built for volume

Texas led the nation in new single family homes authorized by building permits in 2025, with 140,579 units, according to the Census Bureau's Building Permits Survey. Florida followed with 111,173 and North Carolina with 65,303. Markets like these move fast. A builder there may launch a new community, a new elevation and a new plan in the same quarter. Your marketing has to keep up.

Checked against the drawings

Your sales team needs images they can stand behind. Every model is checked against your drawings before we render. We confirm rooflines, window patterns, room sizes and ceiling heights. If a plan set conflicts with itself, we flag it and ask. We do not paper over it.

That protects you at the design center and at closing. The buyer sees what the plans show.

Spec homes and inventory

A spec home under construction still needs to sell. Renderings let you list it with real images of the design instead of a framing photo. Label them as an artist's rendering in the MLS and follow your MLS rules. Replace them with photos when the home is complete. Two tools are in development with production builders in mind. The build sheet and cost matrix will organize plan quantities next to your own pricing. Interactive floor plans will link each room on the plan to its rendering. Ask to join early access when you send plans.
