The problem we want to solve
Every plan in a range has a lot of data behind it. Square footage by area. Room counts. Window and door counts. Roofing and siding areas. Options and upgrades. That data often lives in five places: the plan set, a spreadsheet, the estimator's head, the design center and the sales office.
When a buyer asks what an option adds, the answer can take days. When sales and estimating use different numbers, trust suffers.
What the build sheet will do
The build sheet will pull key quantities from the same model we already build to render your home. Because that model is checked against your drawings, the build sheet starts from the same source of truth as your images.
We plan for it to show, per plan:
- Areas by type, such as conditioned space, garage, porches and patios.
- Counts of rooms, windows, exterior doors and plumbing fixtures.
- Exterior material areas by elevation option.
- A list of options and what each one changes in the plan.
What the cost matrix will do
The cost matrix will be a grid of your plans against your options. You bring your own pricing and your own cost data. The matrix will organize it by plan and option so your team can see the effect of each choice in one place.
To be clear: Buildframe will not set your prices or estimate your costs. The numbers in the matrix will be yours. We organize them against quantities taken from your plans.
How it will connect to renderings
Buyers will see an option in a finish and elevation options rendering. Your team will see the same option in the build sheet. One model sits behind both. That keeps what you show and what you build in line.
It is designed to sit next to a plan range catalog and, later, interactive floor plans.

While the build sheet is in development, you can already order photoreal films, drone fly overs, exterior stills, interior stills, finish and elevation options and plan range catalogs. Models we build for those jobs are the base the build sheet will use.
